Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use EasyInvoices to create invoices and collect payments. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

What we provide

EasyInvoices is invoicing software. It creates and sends invoices, shows payment options to your clients, and records payments. We are not a bank or payment aggregator and never receive or hold your money.

Payments

• Payments to your UPI ID go directly to your bank. You are responsible for confirming a payment arrived before marking it received.

Your responsibilities

• The accuracy of your invoices, including GST rates, SAC codes, GSTINs and place of supply.
• Filing your GST returns and complying with e-invoicing if your turnover requires it. EasyInvoices does not generate IRNs.
• Having your clients' permission to email them invoices.
• Keeping your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there.

Early access

The service is free during early access. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before introducing any charges, and you can export your data at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim (currently ₹0 during early access).
